Q: I am a new customer and I'm not sure how to place an order? Can you help me?
A: Here is a basic explanation in using our website, if you are still having trouble after reading this, please contact us for assistance.

  1. Browsing - Use the navigation options on our Home Page to find the type of product you are looking for.
  2. Refine your search - Use the options of the left to further refine your browsing options either by jewellery type, or gemstone type.
  3. View product - Click on the image of the product you like, or on the 'Details' button, and you will see a page with more, larger images and a written description about the item.
  4. Add to your shopping basket - If you would like to purchase the product, click the 'Add to basket' button, then click 'Shopping Cart' on the pop-up window that will appear.
  5. The Checkout - Enter the required information during the checkout process in order for us to deliver your purchase.
  6. Submit your order - The final stage is payment, you will be forwarded to the Paypal website where you can complete the process by entering your card details.

Q: Do you ship internationlly?
A: As standard we do not ship products internationally. If you are overseas and would like to make a purchase, please contact us.

Q: How long will it take before i receive my parcel?
A: We offer only one simple, FREE delivery method - Royal Mail's standard delivery (First Class), which usually takes 1-3 working days. Q: How long do I have to return a purchased item from your website?
A: You have a full 30 days from the day of purchase to return any unwanted items to us for a full refund or exchange, the choice is yours. Please note however, we cannot refund or exchange any earrings due to hygiene reasons. For further information please visit our returns policy page.

Q: Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
A: Yes, we do this in order for you send Adee jewellery as a gift, the invoice however must be send to the billing address.

Q: Are receipts sent with purchases?
A: We send a dispatch note with every purchase which is your receipt and proof of purchase.

Q: How long are your chain lengths?
A: Usually 18", however this may vary depending on availability. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding this, or any other issue.

Q: How do I use my gift card?
A: Simple, just choose your desired item, add to you basket, and at the checkout stage enter the code written on the inside of your gift card into the box beneath your total order price and click 'Redeem'. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us.
